Technologist Michell Zappa has mapped-out many the wondrous technologies in development today as well as potential technologies of the near future.
At present Click Suite is working with some of the technologies shown on the lower left of this diagram, including NUI (Natural User Interfaces) and UBICOMP (Ubiquitous Computing).
Meanwhile my ex-flatmate in the UK is working on self-directed buses and my brother in Dunedin rips apart 'smart toys' then remixes them into crazy configurations (just for fun!).
It's an exciting time to be designing for and working with these technologies.
